It has been proved that 20 min nap helps the body recover to its normal mode..!! 2 hours will do 6 times more..!!

stay up, no matter what you say or think, a 2 hour nap will be the end, you will be tired and groggy for the meeting, more so than you already are. get a small energy drink to last you (the 5 hour energy ones are great for such things and are what i use)

Oh, just stick it out another 5 hours. Eat or drink caffeinated foods. Though I would be careful of standing still for too long, a friend of mine, Al, fell asleep in the shower (!) and just kind of slumped over and ended up hunched over, kind of semi-kneeling in the shower. He woke up once the water finally got cold, it was a good half hour though.
