I'm not sure what it's called, but he uses that technique where you repeat the lie over and over until people accept it as the truth. For example he tries to take credit for saving lives on 9/11, although he really had nothing to do with it. His actions prior to 9/11 probably cost the lives of many of the fire fighters that day. Honesty has never been one of Rudy's strong points, so this isn't unusual. All of the candidates use propaganda techniques to some extent, and certainly some of them use this one, but I find this particular technique truly despicable

If you dont vote for rudy, who was mayor during 9/11, you and ur family members will die, like the people during 9/11, and he will protect you froma nother 9/11, did i mention he was mayor during 9/11. And he will have a fundraise, where u can donate $9.11, If you dont vote for Guiliani, you will die a horrible death, such like the people in 9/11, the day when guiliani was the mayor and also 9/11, 9/11,9/11. VOTE GUILIANI!

You mean besides repeating "September 11" over and over? I don't know.
It might actually work if people get hypnotized by the word and start doing things according to his command like zombies.

Other politicians use propaganda as well. Don't narrow it down to just one.
