If somebody wants to buy something from you how will they pay you the money in paypal. Do you have any credit card or banking account so the person could pay you . Thx.

paypal is a clearing house that make its money on transfer fee you have to have a credit card and an account and the money goes from your credit card or account to and from pay pal!!!!

paypal has your information and credit card on file so they can pay or receive monies when you have finished buying or selling an item

Its good when it works - but they are bloody awful at trying to sort problems out - as someone who used to buy and sell on e-bay I know many others feel the same - I would never touch them again with a proverbial barge pole.
