I've always trusted myself.

Yes, very. Because I preferred to stay in my room at 6-7 my mom thought that was somehow weird and took me to see shrinks and counselors. She thought I should be outside, playing like she did when she was little. I still get a bit lonely now, but it depends on the situation. But I've always trusted myself. I have a hard time trusting other people.

No. I can feel lonely in a crowded room. It has nothing to do with trusting yourself.
