If someone were to drop you off at Harrisburg & Lockwood (that whole area) you would swear you were in the middle of some town in Mexico. It's unbelieable. Also, there's a long stretch of Spencer in Pasadena that rivals it.

but the most hispanic place i ever seen is around airline drive by 1-45 and pasadena, texas.
