Okay, I have been on glucophage and clomid for about 4 months now so my cycles have been regular. It has now been 60+ days since my last cycle but hpts are neg; can I be pregnant? I have been sore and have had nausea. I go for a blood test in the morning but I am worried. I just do not want to get my hopes up.

If I were you, I wouldnt get my hopes up either. If it's been well over 30 days since you've missed your period and you continue getting negative test - chances are youre not pregnant.
So after your last period you used Clomid again? Sometimes Clomid can cause ovarian hyperstimulation and it can either make you produce TOO many eggs - or none at all. I'm guessing you didnt produce any eggs this cycle and therefore are having an extra long annovulatory cycle. I really hope that's not the case, but it sounds like it. You sure could still be pregnant but I wouldnt count on it considering all the negative tests.

I decided not to go the doctor route (I have PCOS too) and I started a regime of herbs and vitamins that are helping me tremendously!
I take 800mg Vitex, 1500mg Cinnamon, a Womens Daily Vitamin, and 1500mg Evening Primrose Oil (until ovulation)

I used to have cycles that were anywhere from 33-170 days or more! Ever since I started my herbs 2 1/2 months ago Ive had 2 AF's and Ive ovulated TWICE. So I think Im doing great on this stuff.
I just wanted to tell you how Ive been treating my PCOS, I think Vitex (chaste tree) is a wonderful herb for women with PCOS. Ive seen lots of women online say that they didnt get preggers until a few months after starting Vitex (even after trying clomid and injections, etc!)

So if you ever want to take a break from Clomid I suggest getting on a low dosage of Vitex to get your cycles regular again before you decide to go back on the Clomid.
Also, Vitex helps reduce ovarian cysts over time which is a great thing for us PCOS'ers.

Well I do believe you can still be pregnant and your hormone levels are just not that strong for the urine test. I asked almost this same question yesterday. I have PCOS and took clomid for 3 months and it didn't help me ovulate. I'm on CD34 today and all HPT were negative but i went do a blood test yesterday b/c my doc just wanted to be on the safe side b4 starting me on provera again this month to make AF come. I just spoke to her and my blood work came back negative as well so she wants to start me on glucophage for 8wks and I have to go do a HSG test. I definately believe you can be pregnant. Good Luck tomm.

don't get you hopes up, I am in the same shoes as you except I didn't take the clomid and I don't have sore breast, I wish you the best luck, I have pcos and my last AF was Oct 11 and I did 2 hpt and both were neg, I started having spots on Monday but no af as yet so I guess I'll have to wait till my appointment to no whats going on.

wish u luck
