I don't boycott it, but I don't give in to the commercial aspect or excesses of it anymore either.
I don't have christmas trees in the house or decorate outside beyond a simple wreath on the door, don't give tons of gifts anymore; I make cookies or limoncello and give them to everyone, I don't knock myself out with a huge Christmas dinner; a simple dinner with one or two things that I don't usually make is enough, I don't put the postman's kids through college sending out hundreds of Christmas cards anymore; I just send 10 or 20 cards (purchased from a museum store or Unicef to support the organization) to my closer family and friends.

I wouldn't say boycotting, but as a Pagan, I do not celebrate it in a religous manner. The rest of my family is christian, though, so I do participate in a gift exchange with them.
