1. Tom Brady
Starter, New England Patriots
Brady is a future Hall of Fame QB who is having a career season. He leads the NFL in touchdowns and completion percentage and has a league-best QB rating of 123.4. There is no longer a debate over who the best QB in the NFL is -- Brady has moved ahead of Manning.

"Do we look at just this year? Do we look at their careers and their body of work? We decided it would be a mixture of the two, that we couldn't completely ignore a veteran with a history of great success having a subpar year. "

I wouldn't put too much stock in an article like this for two reasons:
1) Many of the ESPN contributors are morons.
2) If Brady has a rough start next season and Manning is hot, they'll just reverse course again.

Brady is having a great year but Manning's stats are too shabby either. I still say Mannings career stats are better than Bradys. Brady a future HOFer, of course but then again, so is Manning. Brady is ahead of Manning this year & this year only.

In Tom Brady's career, regular season, he is 83-24, 78%.
In Peyton's career, regular season, he is 103-54, 66%.
In Tom Brady's career, post season, he is 12-2, 86%.
In Peyton's career, post season, he is 7-6, 54%.
Tom has won 3 superbowls, Peyton has won one. Peyton has started 3 years more than Tom.
Do you understand now?

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. This article is just stating Brady's season this year. Manning in his career has better stats. Manning is also on pace to break every QB record there is. Both QB's are future HOFers so it doesn't really matter who's better than who. Besides this has been discussed one too many times.

Yes, Brady has ONE better year (it has NOTHING to do with his 4 number one receivers though, or the best o-line in the league) and he's the best of all time. Manning has been better every year before this one. You can't deny it unless you're retarded.

What worries me is as good as Brady is, Romo is only in his second year and his stats are 2nd only to Brady, he's been around for 7 almost 8 years now. When our dynasty ends, Will the Cowboys take over?

They probably say the same thing that they did before. Wow.....you sure showed them didn't you? Now you can believe in your own mind that you are somehow superior to them. Get a life.
