Do u think men get as jealous as women? Do u think they hide the fact that they are, if yes why? Is there anything that would make u unbelievably jealous? Sry awfully bored here and I was just curious, cuz I know I'm the jealous type.

I am very jealous... My boyfriend is not... I think men are jealous to a certain extent but women have a tendancy to verbalize it a lot more than men.. Something that would make me unbelievably jealous is to know that my boyfriend went out to dinner or something like that with another woman.

Well, I am a girl and I am not the jealous type.
Men get jealous, they just don't show it the same way a woman does. Men tend to clam up, stop talking, give the silent treatment. Some men dangerously go so far as to punch and hit stuff.
Why do they hide it? Maybe pride? A lot of men were taught to "suck it up" as a child, that to share their feelings would make them less of a man. Male friends tends to riducule each other for getting too emo.

I think it all depends on each individual. But I do think that men can be and are as jealous as women. I don't think that they like to admit to it, so I do think that they like to hide it.
Which of course is a mistake because then you truly will not know how they feel if they hide it.
I tend not to be a jealous person, only because I really like who I am as I have gotten older and wiser.
That is the beauty of maturing, because I now realize that I am exactly the person I want to be. But I wasn't always this way. When I was younger, I let myself see in others what I wished I could be. But today, I am a self actualized and a very happy person. I don't wish to be anybody but myself.

I think both can be just as jealous as the other, it just depends if they are the jealous type or not. Something that would make me really jealous is probably seeing my significant other checking another female out. I know it's in human's nature for us to look but do they have to do it in front of us?
I am the jealous type and my husband is too jealous.

Men can get just as jealous as woman some show and some don't.
My husband can be very jealous at times.
Has a habit of asking men "you know her from some where" if he catches some one eyeing me. Funny thing is I grew up in the state we live in so it's funny when a guy says "yeah man actually I do. We went to school together." One day in the corner store he asked a guy his famous question and the Guy was like Hell yeah I know her that's my cousin who the hell are you?
You would think he'd stop after that but no!!!!!!!!!!

I think men do get an jealous as some women. Although I know some women who are really that insecure to where it's a huge problem for their relationship.
I have in the past gotten jelous becasue my wife went to lunch with one our good friends, but didn't invite me (me and this guy actually work together, and he invited her. I guess to you I would have reason to be jelous, but if you know this guy and the wife you would see there is more reason not to be jelous than be jealous, but I was a little jealous.)
I do get jealous easily.

Most men get very jealous. Many of them show it by not wanting their mate to go anywhere alone and monitoring what they wear. Some get raged and start huge fights. I'm also a very jealous person. It isn't fun at all. Finding phone numbers or hidden text messages/phone calls would probably make me the most jealous.

Well hello fellow yahoo person !
Yes Yahoo men get just as jealous as Yahoo woman but we don't express it as much as a woman . As children our teachings where that guys are stronger physically and emotionally then woman so we tend to told it in better then the average Yahoo woman does but the feelings are there . After all we are Yahoo humans just like you .
Word of advice . Let your man be a man . Don't tear him down . Let him be all that a man can be not some cowering wimp . Why go there?

The jealous personality is not a gender thing... it is a personality trait ... men can get as jealous as women... they tend to hide it like their other emotions... more than women hide it... but even when they say they arent jealous many times they are... so it is not specific to a gender... LOL...

It depends on the person and how secure they are in the relationship. Men can get just as jealous as women.
