As soon as they are convicted by means of a jury, the decide has no potential to free them. They may be able to appeal the case to a higher state court docket. The courtroom of Appeals has three judges sitting as a panel, and they come to a decision questions of regulation best. The State Supreme court docket has seven justices and so they hear instances headquartered on error or interpretation of the law. After that, it is as much as the parole board or the governor of the state. BTW, men and women who did not do the crime usually ought to do the time when you consider that they were convicted with the aid of a jury of their friends, who evidently idea the prosecutor had a greater case than the safety. Many times a court of legislation is an actual crapshoot.

I want to just point out that in most rape cases the woman is believed even if she is lying and there are many men wrongly convicted and placed in prison.

I was raped at at young age and i used to feel that all men were guilty, until one day my uncle was sent to prison for a rape that he says he didn't commit. I don't know if he did it, but all i know is that there are woman who lie and put innocent men in jail, and there are woman who tell the truth and the man walks free (like in my case).

this isn't party specific, everyone makes mistakes. You have to go with your best judgment - and sometimes admit that you are wrong.

Huckabee has no corner on the market of releasing someone who later went on to commit a crime. I doubt that there is one governor who can say he has not done so. It happens. It is not a phenomenon specific to any party.

Just to be crystal clear, at issue is one convicted rapist, not multiple "murderers and rapists." But more important is how much personal involvement he had in the decision. Beyond that, ultimately, the accountability of the rapist lies on the perpetrator.

Frankly, the fact that this appears to be the only character assassination they've been able to dig up regarding Huckabee tells me his nose is clean.
