That's what I'm starting to feel like. But I love this story, and I really want to get back into it, but every time I get into it and stare at that blank screen (my computer died on me, and my 660 page scrap file and 20 page keeper file, all single-spaced were DELETED) I just sigh and look away. I've finally figured it all out, and I feel like the driving force behind my wanting to complete the story is gone. Maybe I'm just frustrated about the loss of all my previous work, but...I just really want to finish.

Any tips on how to rekindle the flame and get started again?

yeah. you get tired of it. you have focused way too much, and your brain feels fried, dried, almost dead. you might hate it so much you delete it, or crunch up the paper, or you might start to write it again, and think hey i can finish, yesterday was just a bad day.

I say make believe your story is a person and ask the story why it thinks you need to finish it. It should tell you.
