Today I had to bite my tongue very hard to keep from telling a co-worker to go f*ck herself.

Just last week -- had to re-do something an incompetent co-worker did -- he supposedly gave me all the info for the project and then told me he had changes after I did it. I was fuummiiiiiinnnggg. My supervisor told me to calm down and I told her "I'm not calming down...these people are INCOMPETENT!!!!"....GRRRRRRRR

I have come close a few times....but I don't think I have *actually* lost my temper at the office....yet. And since I am the most junior person in my office, I doubt it would look good if I did.

Of course, many times but if I'm not in the best mood I just have to tell the person bothering me a few things.

Of course I have, but then again, I was the "boss" and even if I "screamed and yelled", I also soon appologized to everyone ! Even the "fish in my bowl" on my desk !!
