My friend and I were just speaking of this on our bus ride to work, about soulmates.. and I think soulmates are a culmination of.. MANY people in our lives, be it lovers, husbands, wifes, boyfriends, girlfriends.. our children, our best friend in the third grade.. our check out woman.. I think its a HUGE cosmic mass of others we need to survive.. and to feel whole..

Yes of course you can. I have had several over the years- and they needn't be an opposite sex soul mate or a lover. I have two very good soul mates, one is a male friend whom i have never met- but we know we will have a special bond forever and my cousin is another soul mate and we have a bond that can never be broken. So you have as many as you jolly well like.

I don't think so. I believe that you may have a many different types of people that may come close or just one that you want to be so badly but i feel that when you meet the right one or your soul mate you will know it and even if it's not so evident sometimes they are right there waiting on you.

depends on the person
for some they only ever have one true love and their heart stays true to that person forever. This person will only ever have one soul mate.

For others that can lie and cheat at the drop of a hat they will never find their soul mate because they get bored to quickly and never really give their heart to anyone.

Then there is the person who fall's in love with the idea of being in love and foolishly give their heart to easily, and suffer much heartbreak and think each new love is their soul mate.

A soul mate is a very mystical thing. It's true that there will never be another love like the one that got away but you can have an equally enjoyable relationship with someone else. You are so complex that more than one man can please you and you can love them equally. You just have to decide what you want knowing that nobody is perfect.

Why are you asking other people, you should know what you have. Personally I think it is wishful thinking to believe that one is that special, for most people a "Soul" mate is usually the love of their life e.g.- Paul and Linda, John and Yoko, to imagine someone else replacing that harmony is difficult, you would always be comparing even without meaning to. If you are talking currently, because you don't say, maybe you just like the attention and neither of them is.

I think you probably can, though they will be soul mates to you for different reasons. We are different , however slightly, with everyone we know, so 2 soul mates?....3? Why not?

You can love a lot of people, you're just not generally supposed to love them all at the same time, unless you're freaky like that. Soul Mate is a term people use for drama.

Yes; "Soul Mates and Twin Flames," Elizabeth Clare Prophet, and "Sexual Force or the Winged Dragon," O. M. Aivanhov, give insight. (A "soul mate" is a God-harmonious relationship of two souls; one's "twin flame" is the male and female halves of each unique creaturely pattern, God creates. An example of twin flames is Christ Jesus and Saint Mary Magdalene.)

I'm sure there is more then one person that is out there for everybody. I don't believe in soul mates...I think you have to work hard for a good relationship.
