I am considering pursuing acting or singing. I have a pretty good voice, but like I said, I have no training (in acting either).
My question is, is it to late to seriously consider a carreer in one of these things??

A pretty good voice is not going to cut it in the pro world.
It can be an asset to an actor, however.
Experience is more important than training.
For information on how to become an actor read my profile and write me at my aol address.

Well it depends how old you are. If you are like 100 then yeah its a bit late but I think if you are under 40 you could try. Agents need older clients too. With no training you might find a career difficult, because people with training have a technique to fall back on and you don't.
