if your sister is the executor she has a legal obligation to tell you if you're willed anything in the estate.

My parents named my sis and I co-executors to get around your issue.

Find out who the executor of the will is, the solicitor should know, then approach them about the will. Your sister had no right to take the will like that, if you are named as a beneficiary it will not do her any good to try and conceal it because the executor has to divulge the contents to all beneficiaries.

I'm not the executor of the will so I can't tell you where you stand.

Depends on who was named executor of his estate in his will. Was that your sister? If so, it's up to her and there's nothing you can do about it.

If you're on the will then legally you're entitled to something so you should therefor be able to find out what it is.
