Shop for new shoes! Give myself a manicure and pedicure and paint my nails a pretty pink shade. Dye my hair, nothing drastic just amp up the color.

Get pampered is all I can say. Take this advice as a new mother and full-time employee! I go through all sort of stress and depression after birth.

Get facials, makeovers, go to meetups that just take you out of where you are. Do something that you know you'll enjoy. Relax, take a small vacation for you and only you or bring someone you know won't drag you down. Go somewhere where you can express how you feel where you know no one will see it as weird or know about. I usually go to the near by hills or to the beach.

Girl, think about what is making you unhappy...list it out....the things you can't control, cross it out and say, Sh*t happens and it will get better. For the things you can control, find a way to figure it out. Some people just make a list of what makes them unhappy, throw it away and say, I've identified and I will learn from it. Some say, it never happened, and move on.(That is what I do, I don't know if that is healthy)

Don't spend money or eat. That is the worse habit you can pick up.

I also help people for a living. Giving makes me happy because I can make someone else happy in their lives. Life is too short to focus on those moments. Laugh as much as you can. Stay away from those who give you grief, and be selfish once a week.

If you want, I give free facials to those that live in the area, especially mothers and those who just got layed off from work due to the mortgage industry. They love it! If you don't live around here, I can find a consultant in your area that will do that for you. Remember, don't spend money especially on things that don't help you like shoes or clothes or food! If you are going to spend, spend on a new look, a new book you can relax, gas to go to a place you love. Don't waste it, make it worth it.
