Teaching Degree?

Say I go to college, then I want to become a teacher. I've completed my 4 years of College, next is for my Teaching degree. How many more years is that?

I'm not sure where you are, but in the US, usually students planning to become teachers major in Education as undergraduates. Many get jobs right out of college. In many areas (such as NY) to keep their job teachers need to continue their education and get 30 additional credits or a masters degree within a few years of starting their jobs.
