go back to the court; but if it's child support, they can continue to garnish if you were EVER behind depending on the state to make sure you don't miss another paymernt.

Contact your employer and find why there are garnishments attached to your wages. If they have not received notice from the issuer of the garnishment to stop making payments then they must continue until notified.

If it is not arrearages, it is probably the normal weekly payments. Since you were behind in the past, they are requiring you to use payroll deduction.
