One of the perks of having my own office is being able to point the monitor away from the door. That way, I can be feverishly answering your thought-provoking question while it appears I'm feverishly working.

Well, when I walk by I try not to look at other peoples screens because I think it's rude. But it definately happens. So, I'd say, no you're not paranoid.
