One of the perks of having my own office is being able to point the monitor away from the door. That way, I can be feverishly answering your thought-provoking question while it appears I'm feverishly working.

Well, when I walk by I try not to look at other peoples screens because I think it's rude. But it definately happens. So, I'd say, no you're not paranoid.

Yes, they peek, even if they don't mean to do it. I don't blame them. They work in an office all day. They're bored.

They just want to see if they're the only one, who does no no's at work...when the realize they're not the only one, then relief sets in for them too.
