A girl I know had sex with this boy without a condom. now she is pregant with aids and don't know whether to tell him him or not!!! they is deeply in love

How do you know the girl has aids? Maybe they are vicious rumors.

Well in the first place this girl if she really does have aids should not be getting pregnant. That is so unfair to the unborn child. And if she is going around having sex with guys that do not know that she does indeed have aids, she should have some kind of legal action brought against her. I don't think that they can but to me that is purposely in dangering another human beings life. Any one that has slept with this person has the right to know so they can go and get tested. If this girl is going around infecting people she needs to be stopped and stopped now.

How does she know he has aids or that she has it? If she is pregnant she needs medical attention so drugs can be prescribed and hope that the child is protected. And yes tell this guy even if they are deeply in love; their love should keep them together. She needs medical attention and he needs to be identified so he will not get a second girl in trouble (he is dangerous and is considered a criminal for what he is doing especially if he knew he had aids). It seems you have more guts than your friend so take her to a doctor or tell the school nurse or someone you can trust.

First of all if you know that you have AIDS why have sexual intercourse whether it's the male or female who was the original carrier. I would actually get an abortion and I am actually against abortions, but I wouldn't bring and young innocent child into this world knowing that I have this uncurable disease and have him/her suffer and go through what I had to go through. This is my very own opinion about the matter, but you need to let him know what's going on and both needs to see a doctor as soon as possible because if you don't then there is a white van that will pull up to your house and get you. Then everyone wil know.

If the girl had AIDS and knew it and had sex with the boy without a condom she can be sued for knowingly giving them an STD that will evntually kill them. If she's pregnant, she can carry the baby to term and there's a CHANCE she won't be infected....now, EITHER WAY she MUST TELL her sex partner that he has an STD that is highly communicable so he doesn't infect others. SHE MUST. Oh and see a doctor. Love doesn't matter here. this is a matter of life and death for all 3 parties involved. If this is you, you had better tell him before he infects more girls.

It's difficult to be so young and faced with this problem. I think the revelation of pregnancy is something that the mom needs to do. If she does not want the father knowing that she is having a child, that is her choice. However, if she does have HIV, the boy and all her sex partners need to be informed so that they can be tested and do not continue to spread this horrible virus.
So: tell the boy about the HIV status but not the baby.

she should tell him as soon as possible because the sooner its out in the open the sooner she'll admit 2 having aids and she will get the correct medical attention!! if she has aids and is carrying his baby then she should go 2 a doctor because she could end up passing aids on to her baby!! she cant go on pretendin as if nothing is going on...aids is a very serious thing....that boy needs to know he has aids and that she is carrying his child..

Well she should tell him if they are so in love. She shouldn't have the baby though.. we honestly don't need more people in the world with aids.. especially an innocent child who never asked to have a painful miserable life and die young.

If she is pregnant and knows she has aids then, obviously she has already seen her doctor. If she has aids & got it from him she must tell him. This is not love it's called unprotected sex. Somewhere a bell is ringing in my head...this question is not ringing true.

He deserves the truth and she needs to be honest. That baby is depending on it..... In a lot of cases infants can beat AIDS or at least be in remisson..... DONT DENY the problem with proper medical treatment for all of them, they can lead a normal life.

He should definitely be told. If he doesn't have it, he needs to be protected. If he does, then he needs to find out where he got it and notify anyone else he's had sex with.
She needs to get to the doctor, get on meds that will protect the baby. Babies can be born to mothers with HIV without contracting the disease themselves IF it's caught early enough.
