What is a good trucking company to work for that is not over the road?

My husband makes $17 an hour but only works spring and summer. He needs a full time year round job. Thanks!!

UPS is good--I retired from there. The semi drivers are home every day. they work at night, but they send them out, switch trailers with another one then come back before their shift is over. Pay is over 25 dollars per hour and medical and dental for entire family.
