Massage your baby. Feel around and see where your baby's body is and massage him/her downwards. This will change your baby's position to where you are more comfortable.

Wow! That may be a big baby in there! Ask your doctor if you should lay on your side, sit up straight and elongate your spine, you only have a few weeks/days to go, but he (or his nurse) will have some suggestions.
The baby might be getting ready to flip into position. This is the most uncomfortable time ... don't worry your energy spurts are coming soon .. after the baby moves. .. you will like that much more! ;)

Sorry you are hurting, does your baby kick you a lot in the ribs? Both of mine sure did, and it nearly took my breath away sometimes. Also, try to wear loose, comfortable clothing and undergarments. Don't get overheated or overtired. Take rest breaks.

If you have any worries at all about it call your Dr. or Midwife with your concerns.

i am also 34 weeks pregnant and have the same thing. there isn't really much you can do. some of the things that offer a "little" relief to me are to take a warm shower or bath or use a heating pad on a low setting.

First of all...talk to your Doc! I had pain in my ribs when I was pregnant, but it was throughout the pregnancy and was do to everything being pushed up into such a tiny space. I am short waisted and my baby loved kicking up under my ribs. It could be the same for you, but I still say you need to talk to your OBGYN to be safe! Good Luck!

It's probably from your baby pushing all your organs up and a combination of possible heartburn and/or gas. Try wearing a really soft bra and maybe taking some Tylenol. I'm sorry.

i am 35 weeks pregnant, and also get rib pain all though it has eased off as my baby has moved in to my pelvis. but theres not much you can do i am afraid you have to suffer to a certain degree when pregnant and if that's all the problems you've had think your self lucky.

It's stretching I hated that. I would get a comfy bra and get some cocoa butter lotion and massage the spot. Or try and get someone to massage it for you that's the best suggestion I can come up with and that's what I did and it helps some.

Try lying on the opposite side of the pain to see if that helps and as far as the bra thing you my have to loosen it up a little if your breasts have gotten larger over the months

This is probably just the baby or your insides pushed up in there. You should speak to your Dr. or go on line and look for positions to do to help make the baby move.

good luck!

Take a warm bath and try to relax. You are also allowed to take paracetamol to ease pain in pregnancy.
