Talk to your doctor. He/She will be able to prescribe the right company or therapist for your situation.

You have to set up an appointment with your local Mental/Behavioral health clinic. They will initially sit you down with a counselor type person or Psychiatrist. From there, they do an assessment on you to see if you would carry the diagnosis of someone with a phobia. Remember psychological disorders are only disorders if they interrupt your life. If they dis-order your life. After you get an assessment, that Psychiatrist will refer you on to someone who specializes in the area of your fear (phobia). You will probably complete cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) and some form of exposure therapy. Good Luck. My advice would be to take action immediately.

Look in the phone book (or web directories) for "Psychotherapists" or similar; however, many will require a referral from your regular physician, as they will only want to treat people who have genuine need of their services, and not somebody who will waste their time (good doctors care less about the money, and more about their patients).
