I assume it's a toy sized car?
If you phone stores like michaels, hobby lobby or so, they usually have some clear casting resin kits which you can use to encase about anything as long as it doesn't contain water.
Or do you mean encase like put into a case so you can it out again? With resins it will be permanently in there.

I'm assuming you want to display it and be able to remove it later??? not actually embed it into a Lucite cube???

Try the phone book for Plexiglas's fabrication. Some picture frame shops have plexi cubes premade in some sizes. A display box could be done by a picture frame shop.

I have made some in glass and brass. A stained glass shop could do that for you.
