I have a rather large family that stays pretty close and on Christmas Eve we all get together for a big dinner, opening presents and playing games. Last year I had 33 people at the house..and it is not overly big so full house!.. but i have to miss this year which sucks but they are using my house and my brother is in charge of making sure the little kids don't tear it up too much. They can tear it up some but not total destruction......my brother better do a good job!!

I make the pies, mom makes the dinner.
And we take a pic by the tree on Christmas Eve at night before guests come/leave for the christmas party.
And we are allowed to open 1 present Christmas Eve and the rest are opened on Christmas morning

We also only open up one or two presents on Christmas eve, that way, we have something to do before bed... Then we wake up before 9 a.m. usually and open everything else... Or when me and my brother were younger, if we got up before the parents, we could open the stuff in our stockings and that was it :)

My mom, sisters, brother and families all get together on Christmas Eve... that's been a tradition in my family for years, even after we each got married

We go to the mall and my kids pick out an ornament for Their own Christmas Tree. Nothing says Christmas like Barbie vs. Darth Vader.

Since that bad year we have planned the annual Christmas fight. It is so much fun to go in the front yard and lob water balloons and silly string. Did I mention we live in Florida....

recently my dad has to work late so during the day we make dinner and eat when my granpa comes over or go to my uncle and stay there a while...... if i can ill see my bf and exchange gifts..... and go open present wen my dad gets home. the next day my sis makes up first to count present n then wake up parents to open our xmas morning gifts

I get up real early get my clarinet out then make a really loud squeaky noise with it and then we open presents once everyone is awake and i put my clarinet away!

We do that do. I always bake pumpkin bread, pfeffernuese cookies and my hubby makes beef jerky and holiday ice cream. we give them away to friends and family.
