No aspirin,it's dangerous to give to any kind of pet(dog,cat etc) so I assume it must be dangerous for flies too...stick with home remedies(as I actually don't know the ingredients of tylenol and you don;'t want to do the little fella harm do you?) like keeping the head cool,staying in dark rooms and sleeping a lot,LMAO!

Well, if he's a young fly, I'd say tylenol, since you aren't supposed to give aspirin to anyone under 18.... geez! lol.
