I can give you a first hand answer to your question. In fact you do not know when you have flipped it. 3 years ago I had an operation for cancer and had complications afterwords and started to hallucinate and imagined that I could see things such as bats flying around the ward and I was so certain that I had murdered a fellow patient. that I even warned my daughter that I was going to be arrested. Fortunately this only lasted about a week and I can remember all these things even now. I do not wish this on my worst enemy/ but at the time it was very real. Hope this answers your question

When Mr. Biscuits goes crazy he strips naked at work when everyone leaves. I've had to talk him out of it before.

Okay sweetie - the reason you may feel confused about your mental state is - you actually LISTENED to Mr. Biscuits. How can you take someone serious that scratches & THEN sniffs...
(Really - I saw him. He tried to play it off - but I know when someone is trying to sneak a sniff after a good scratch..) :P

I start answering my shoe when it rings and I sing songs about blue ducks. then I lay off the acid for a few days and everything turns out just fine.
