Any webpage that obtains your IP address, will only know what country that you reside in. Any other personal data with require a warrant issued by a judge, because you performed a crime on the internet and your IP service, would be required to release all of your personal data stored on their serrvers.

They can pinpoint you to your city, and if you have entered your name on gmail or something they can find out everything basically.
