There are so many critics now, I would doubt it. Have you read about them wanting us to depict a thinner Santa and also about not saying "ho ho ho" because it is derogatory to women! Critics have too much time on their hands.

Santa can do whatever the #%&* he wants to do. The smoke magically dissappears when he leaves the house. Plus, since he operates outside of the normal "space-time" continuum the smoke is never really in the house.

When i was little i assumed his pipe blew bubbles.
I Think he should not be allowed to smoke his pipe as rules apply to EVERYONE, including santa. =P
