I would make a killing off of selling paper bags and betting on the other team.

I believe the Japanese have a ritual custom for when they dishonor their profession, family, or community. Hari kari I believe its called. I recommend this approach.

If I owned the Dolphins my first move would be to fire my GM and find a better evaluator of talent. I would then fire my head coach and find someone who can mold a scheme around the talent that the team has instead of trying to force players into a system that doesn't fit them.

I'd trade away my #1 pick and go a bit lower in the draft and fill a bunch of holes rather than just one big one.

I'd then go out and spend what I needed to in the FA market.

Not a bad idea.. for making 'lemons' out of lemonade... especially when you're forced to watch Lemon (with no aid).

I'd punt, and spend a LOT of late nights with smokin' hot, high heeled latina women in Miami's south beach area (that look like Sofia Vergara or Eva Longoria)... whether I'm married or not... trying to forget. Dancing. Laughing... and sleeping in, letting the soft but humid Miami air waft over me and some of the girls (hey, it's my fantasy ok...?) as we lay there smiling and laughing about all the rum & cachaca that we drank... and where our underpants are.. in the room, the elevator, the club or still at the beach?...

(repeat nightly until Draft Day)

I'd Let the coach and GM work out who they want for players next year. Bilichick showed a phenominal team could be built with a little trading here and signing free agents there. The coach needs a few years to build his team. Not every coach can have greatness thrust into their hands like Phillips, Turner, or Tomlin.

Trade or draft the best availiable QB in either free agency or the draft. This season has been a horror movie for Dolphin QB's. The owner owns Blockbuster so he should recognise a horror movie when he sees one.

Cry, and drink...a lot.

Then I'd re-group and try to make some smart draft choices and some off-season trades to fix areas that need improvement (everything). I would also look very closely at my head coaching situation...

and if all else fails I'll just ask Ricky Williams if he knows a good way to mellow out and forget about my problems.

Put all my eggs into one basket, forget about Baltimore and pour my heart and soul into trying to defeat New England at Gillette Stadium for the greatest upset in the history of all sports.

After losing to New England, consider selling the team and concentrate on damage control after wards.

He is already doing it, getting rid of over priced players like Clayton and preparing to raid the free agent market for a qb and some receivers. This years draft will be a lineman draft so he can address his need for o-line and d-line upgrades.

Sell the team!

I'd fire the head coach if they go 0-16.

I'd draft me RB Darren McFadden first....
and
I'd try to sign Donovan McNabb if he leaves Philly.
or
Try to sign Daunte Cullpepper or one of those other Free Agent guys.

I'd tell my team to not cover... so I can make a killing betting on the other team too... haha.
