When will this subside. I am the meanest thing in the world to my husband and I think he's getting tired of it. I'm really early on too. Just found out.

I am in the same boat. I love my husband and hate it that I am so mean to him. Fo rme, its my hormones. I am over sensitive to things that I would normally blow off. I hear that the hormone problem gets better after 3 months, aaaahhhh. Hopefully he doesnt kill my by then (only 3 more weeks)

Yes, pregnancy does wreak havok, doesn't it?

Women complain of being absent-minded, and even downright stupid while pregnant.

Not to mention major shrews.

As others have said, try to help your husband understand that it's hormones talking, and apologize a lot and thank him for putting up with a nut-job.

It's his baby, too, so this is part of the price he has to pay.

But try to make the price as little as you can.

This is a big thing you're both going through.

But when you get beyond it, well, then you can both suffer lack of sleep and stress.

Oops! That wasn't tremendously encouraging, was it?

Try reading up on the effect of pregnancy on the brain, and how they manifest. Understanding, and helping your husband understand will help somewhat.

In 9 or so months. I've had those days too and i've had ones where I'm ok. The problem I have is at work. I can be horrible to people at work because I have no patience.

It's hormones...just apologize and make sure he understands and knows you still love him!! I am 34 wks and have really started in on my hubby...I feel bad because he is sensitive but I'm just never in a great mood (I AM MISERABLE!) I try so hard not to snap...it's tough!

Lol, i've been really mean to my husband my whole pregnancy!!.. Poor thing, but you need to really talk to him & explain that hormones are making you crazy.. I talk to my husband about this all the time because i'm a ***** to him & i don't mean to!! He'll understand.. You need to try n control yourself though.. remember he has feelings <3

Your husband is strong enough to carry you through this. Just in your lucid moments make sure you apologize to him and thank him for being strong for you. We guys are real saps for that kind of thing.

Merry Christmas!
