I made plans to host a BBQ this weekend, and a friend of mine told me to be sure I picked up some condom mints. I don't know what sort of BBQ he thinks I'm hosting, but he can be sure it's nothing like that!
But that's the first I've heard of such a thing...seriously, what's the point? You can't get preggers that way...

Sea Men are very powerful creatures....do not underestimate their abilities....the last lady that oraly pleasured me had diarrhea for weeks and very nearly got pregnant...she did take the morning after pill though
also..condom mints are not just for protection but for pleasure enhancements...i also like to involve some charms blow pops and pop rocks...you should always have a bag on your night stand or in your pocket...you never know when the lady wants it

I suspect it was meant as a 'joke' and prophylaxis is NOT just to prevent pregnancy.
Merriam - Websters defines it this way.::
"measures designed to preserve health (as of an individual or of society) and prevent the spread of disease"
Perhaps it was meant to not offend others~~
in other words~~a prevention for 'bad breath'.
And hence ~~breath mints.

you can't get pregnant from oral, but there's tiny cuts in everyone's mouth and it certainly is possible to spread stds that way.
