uh...so you are afraid of nothing or something? If dark fog scares you then don't drive in inclimate weather. They have some new headlights you can get installed in your car that improve vision up to 40% in fog. You should get some of these to overcome your fear. Hope this helps and good luck!

Life is a rollercoaster my friend. There is no one on this earth that is not afraid of something, but nothing!! Fear is a good thing. It keeps us all going. My motto is: Do not fear Fear. It is one of the most natural feelings in the world.

Don't think about it. Do what you have to do. Be happy with your life and what you're doing and hopefully that feeling will leave you. Just remember that worrying cannot fix or change anything in life. It is actually wasted energy.
Try to do things that you enjoy and that keep you busy. Look to the positive side...There are only two, and the negative one gets you nowhere.

yes, its the fear of uncertainty, but usually this happens because of a deadline or decisions taht need to be made. Its best to think about those decisions and act immediately.

If you do a search for depression you will see this is a symptom, so do your research, and then you may want to see a counselor for treatment to get this under control so it does not get worse.
Good Luck!
