Depends. If there's something wrong that's bothering you, they will. But if it's just a routine appointment, it's better to wait until mid-cycle. (She CAN do it, but your period can obscure diagnosis).

If you call and talk to even just the appointment nurse, they should be able to advise you. My guess is that if it's really a long wait for the appointment, you should keep it, but if they can reschedule you relatively soon, wait.

no, you should wait unitl your period has finished as the blood will affect the results.

no, if you are on your period, they can't see anything and none of the tests would be accurate. Reschedule.
