First this box pops up saying STARFORCE needs to install additional libraries on my computer, when I press ok, it says I need to be the administrator... I know it has something to do with vista because I am the administrator, the only user on this computer, and yes it is a bought copy of the game, nothing hacked/illegal. How can I get it to download the libraries so i can play the game?

I found this to be annoying for some applications that I've installed as well. What tends to work is right clicking the install/setup executable and telling it to explicitly run as the Administrator and that should help you through it.
