if they're not reading my questions, then they're putting up a really good front, because they wait days to respond with a form letter. :(

Wassailing Wanda, that's what mine was about. first message to them was explaining that it didn't violate tos. their response was a form letter stating that i could appeal it. my response was that an appeal was the reason that i wrote to them in the first place. their form response was their policy on removing questions. i want to see how long it takes to at least get a link to appeal.

I wrote to them once asking them to please specify exactly how my question had violated any of their terms of service because I have read them and the question didn't violate anything and I just kept getting the same reply that only included a link to their terms of service.

They're like a person who says something is a certain way but cannot back up their claim with anything but "it just is".

Yes, but I think our questions go to a machine and it replies with form letters. The machine can't distinguish one question from another.
