Colostrum - it's thick and yellowish, but will leave small wet spots in your bra. It's baby's "lifeline" after birth, full of great nutrients and antibodies. Perfectly normal!
BTW, this is NOT milk. Your milk will take several DAYS after birth to come in.

Totally normal. It is Colostrum. If it makes you more comfortable get some nursing pads to protect your bra. You may also notice that you nipples my get a bit dried out. There are nipple balms out there that can help. The one from Linsinoh has a great on that is eatable, which makes it perfect for breastfeeding.
Best of luck and congratulations!

Yep, its the colustrum starting to flow. I'm only 29 weeks and i've had a small amount of leakage. From www.birth.com
It is possible for a woman to start producing 'colostrum' any time after about 14 to 16 weeks of the pregnancy. Colostrum is the first fluid a woman's breasts produce and is a clear or creamy-yellow substance that is syrupy in consistency. It is possible for some women to hand express colostrum from their nipples during pregnancy, or to slightly leak colostrum occasionally, especially if this is not your first baby. (Be aware that leaking colostrum during pregnancy does not happen for every woman and your milk may not become obviously noticeable until after your baby is born.) If you are leaking colostrum and it is becoming annoying, you may need to wear breast pads inside your bra.

Yes, as these ladies have said, it is perfectly normal. You are lactating, which is a good and healthy sign. I also recommend Lasinoh brand nursing pads. (The soft stuff on the Gerber ones sticks to me, and some other ones don't have stickies to stick 'em to your bra). If I can make another recommendation if you are going to breastfeed, get some Lanolin by Lasinoh while you're in that aisle. Lanolin is for sore and cracked nipples, which you might experience if you breastfeed. You can start using it now to prepare yourself, and you might have an easier time getting used to breastfeeding not having to deal with that. Congratulations, and God bless!

Yep. It is colustrum beginning to leak from your breasts. I've actually had that for the last couple months, *I'm 31 weeks now*, and had the same thing with my first pregnancy.
You may want to buy some nursing pads to prevent what can amount to some pretty noticeable size spots from showing up on your shirt while you are out and about and may not want such "stains" making you feel embarassed etc.

Yes, it is. I was hospitalized with a kidney infection when it happened in my fist pregnancy, and I didn't just have wet spots on my bra, but the entire front of my gown got soaked! My hubby was there at the time, and he fell out laughing and called his mother so she could get a good laugh, too... MOM, her boobs are leaking! I was mortified!
Get some nursing pads, it will save your clothes and dignity.

It's not the actual milk, it's colostrum. That comes before the milk does. Also it does NOT mean at all that the baby will come early. I've been having some colostrum since 18 weeks. It's normal, dont worry.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Perfectly normal...your body is getting ready to make milk for your baby. You can buy special nipple shields in baby stores to slip inside your bra so you don't walk around with wet spots on your shirt.

It's called colostrum. It's rich in antibodies, and and important immunities. I had it from 26 weeks, until birth. It was very annoying. But if you nurse, this is what your baby will take in first, buliding her immune system. so if you don't want to nurse, at least let her/him get the colostrum, it's vry good for them.
