I don't think Dallas matches up up well with Phoenix. If they can't well with Golden State then there not goin up with Phoenix. Phoenix is better than Dallas.

San Antonio and Phoenix are the best teams in the NBA.

I don't see Dallas winning a championship this year there not even same team they was before they got eliminated by Golden State in the first round.

I really dont get it why Spurs "have not won back-to-back championships" is a valid reason for them not to win this year.

The last year (2006) it was Dallas that beat the Spurs eventually getting them into the Finals (though that was of course, a year ago, Dallas looks lost right now).

Dallas matches up well to most teams, obviously except GS.

I think the playoffs are a different though, I certainly think that defense wins championships.

Possibly another key factor is their bench, Only Barbosa is the notable bench, even Diaw is losing minutes..

I'd like to see a Suns-Celtics/Detroit Finals though..

I'm sorry to say this to you but I don't think they have a chance. History tells us that Defense wins championships and the Suns have been doing their darn-est to prove that wrong, but I don't think they can do it.

They don't match up well with other West coast teams in terms of defending Dallas or the Spurs and both of those teams can match them scoring points. I don't see them getting out of the semifinals, no matter who they play.

theyre still good, but the west is hard to get out of. I dont see them getting through spurs, i dont even see them passing utah. You cant count the mavs out just cuz they started out slow, they started out slow last year too and ended up winning 67, i think 67. Mavs still have the core guys, and with j. howard playing like an all star right now, they can still be a threat later. I just dont see the suns winning this year or ever.

stop hyping yourself about your phoenix suns, they can score as many points as they want but they will always lose to the spurs, the utah jazz or the dallas mavs. The phoenix suns aren't even capable of playing defense but they expect to win a championship lmao. The dallas mavs can whoop the suns azz, and the mavs aren't even going all out until the playoffs so you can piss off....

I agree the suns might have those wins or around there someplace and additionally that they're going to win the branch yet they gained't make it to the finals like continually uninteresting San Antonio will do away with them from the playoffs
