It's normal for breasts to be slightly different sizes, both before and after breastfeeding.

Its normal for one to be bigger than the other. Every woman has a breast thats larger than the other, we're not symetrical, the human body just isnt designed to be. Its probably always been that way and you never noticed it until the breast feeding changed the placement and sizes a little more.

No, Tricare only covers breast surgery for health reasons.. breast reduction, breast cancer.. etc

Your boobs will even out. My right boob was WAY bigger than my left boob because of the way my kids nursed, they're the same size now.

Tricare is pretty picky about what it will cover. Unless it's causing health problems for you, they may not cover it.
