Legibly? You're writing a letter to one client and want to make it clear that you've copied another client...is that right?

At the bottom of the letter, beneath your signature, you just put the CC thing with the name of the person you copied.

Like this...using cc (carbon copy)

(Double space 2 times for your signature)

Your Title
(Double space 1 x for cc)
cc: (Enter other person's full name and title if appropriate)
