is it normal for the first day you have your for it to be really light?

this is like my 4th time having it but it is really light its only my first day today probably tomarrow there will be more

Sure. There's no right or wrong way to have a period. You're still in the beginning of yours (overall) so for the first couple of years, it's going to be irregular and no 2 periods may be the same.

Yes, day one is usually lighter. Day 2 - 3 are the heaviest, and then it gets light again.....
