That definitely agitates the problem, I know I applied rogaine to my husbands bald head, and then not thinking, I put some moisturizing lotion on my hands, and rubbed my breasts, well in the morning, was I surprised, I woke up to two hairy breasts, they were a nice surprise to my husband, he said they keep his hands warm...
