Trying to view an exe file I downloaded from a site but am not having any luck. I have OS on my Mac with all of the usual programs. Please help!!

Is there anyway to convert an exe file to a dmg file using only a mac ? the file expires in 5 days and cannot be copied. I'd like to take snapshots (shift,apple,4) of the slideshow using my mac...

.exe files are are only for PCs. You'd need to either dual boot using bootcamp, or run an emulator with a copy of windows installed to open the file.

Program files that end in ".exe" are Windows only. OS X can't open them.

OS X files end in ".dmg", if they are program files.

Return to the download website to see if you can find an OS X version, or tell us the program name and we can try to recommend a similar program for your MAC.

lol...exe is for windows... if it's mac it'll be .dmg
