okay so i just answered a question about songs that got butchered when they were covered, so let's ask this.... if you and your band(real or imaginary) could cover ONE SONG to give to the new generation, what would it be and why?personally, i would give my best shot at "stairway" cuz i don't think anyone's done it yet(?). please correct if i am wrong

I would love to do a heavier cover of "Photograph" by Def Leppard. Def Leppard was so influential to so much metal music during the 80's and I would love to expose that to a later generation.

I would have to say On With the Show by Motley Crue
It is a great song that never got the recogonition when it was released. Great story and meaning in the song.

We did Cherry Bomb by The Runaways and Love Me two Times by The Doors...Sped 'em up a bit and I changed the words and said "love me 2 times, get the f-ck on your way"...Why...'cuz Jim was a bit presumptuous about his importance in that song.

EDIT: CROTCH means "Where all parts meet in the middle...like the crotch of a tree"...figured it was funny and rank and thoughtful...what a combo, CROTCH.
