NO SHE SHOULDN'T and YES YOU CAN FILE SUIT AGAINST THEM!! That is improper conduct with a minor. A teacher!?!? The teacher should know better! My advice is to fire the gardner, report the teacher to the Board of Education, and if the neighbor is married tell his wife! Then march down to the police station and press charges on all of them! Once all that is done either send her to military school or some sort of bording school! If she's that out of control now at 13, it's only gonna get worse unless you can find some other punishment that she will actually learn from. Remember, you're not punishing her just because you can, you use punishment to help her become a better person! Oh and if I was her dad, oh man! I'm not even gonna get into what I would have done to all those men. I may get banned from Yahoo! Answers! Good luck!

I have a worse scenario for you. How many times do we think we are talking to a 12 yr old and find out it's an adult. Dang public schools.

I have no idea. I wish that Y/A would put some kind of visual marker on people who are younger than 18 or something, because at times I don't know how to answer a question based on age.

Actually, if I give a question out, I don't care who sees it! I think P & S should be 18+ anyways, so I'm gonna keep it as such. And if some teenybopper's parents have a problem with my questions, I'll be more than happy to send them a package of Dee's Nuts.

It's true. You have no idea who you're talking to here on Yahoo. You can get an idea though by their language. That can't be hidden. You are going to convey your thoughts the same way you would speak normally. I would hope everyone tells the truth about their age from the onset.

The only people I chat to are people I know personally.
You can't tell anywhere on the Internet how old people are and I believe we should all be very careful because unfortunately there are many people who just abusive it.
