any one had their toe nail removed does it hurt after?

I had both great toe nails removed, at the same time....yes, after the surgery they hurt, but the pain meds the doctor will give you will control that pretty effectively.

I have had mine removed 4 or 5 times and the last time they haven't come back. They weren't all the other time either but did. It does hurt they are painful and I took no meds for it. If they don't grow back it is worth it. I had serious ingrown's and will never be sorry for having them removed. Good Luck! have a Very Merry Christmas and I will keep you in prayer.
