Did wall street not make money on the things that caused the crunch? and now they will make money on the attempst to fix the crunch? Does wall street make money off high oil prices?

You can make money on Wall Street if the market is going up or down, if you know how.
I think most people celebrate when it looks as though the ship they're in during a storm is getting righted - even if it's temporarily.

Wallstreet is for the wealthy and uppermiddle-class!!!
