The fan. I can not stand complete silence, I have to have white noise. Nor can I stand the air to still! I even sleep with it directly on me in the dead of winter. Just add more blankets!

ALL are a MUST . . . an alka-seltzer night time, my own squishy pee-yoh and my hubby close enough to touch if I am not too hot from middle age hormones! I can sleep on dirt with above!

I HAVE to have complete silence or I can't fall asleep. I also have to have all my blankets and pillows (6 blankets and 4 pillows)
