Hokey like the hokey pokey!!!! I've never been a "true" Elvis fan. I recently went to Graceland and was disappointed to find out it is nothing but a big money trap!!!!
How many years does he have to be dead before people stop crying over his grave? Gotta give it him, he can still pull women from the grave!!!!

Ten years ago or so, I lived in a tiny, back-water, red-neck, hell, called Cut'n'Shoot Texas. I was working as a bartender, when one day this gentleman,(Use the term loosley) came in and gave me his buisness card. He was apparently in charge of the local chapter of the kkk and wanted to invite me and mine to the annual bar-b-cue. There would be food, games and a raffle. For some reason, he didn't find ir funny when I asked if the prizes were designer sheets! And yes, the awesomeness is truly awesome!

Sure it's hokey, but it's awesome too. The backup vocals are so strange, I always liked this song. Even Porky Pig's version!

One must remember how very long ago this song was written, by Billy Hayes and Jay Johnson, Ernest Tubb sang it first in 1948......the heart -broken tale of unrequited love during the holidays....sorry but I love anyhting that Elvis sings.

Great song even though my tastes run a little more toward the "I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" or "Grandma got Run Over by a Reindeer" genre of songs.

I was born in 1956. By the time I was cool, Elvis was a pathetic has-been. I hate everything Elvis related, especially all those cover tunes. He never wrote anything.

All Christmas songs get to me. This time of year there's no such thing as hokey.
Start singing "I'll Be home For Christmas" and you'll have me eating kleenex.
