the prayers of any religion are offered in the language prescribed in the respective Holy Book. Therefore the prayers offered by any Muslim living anywhere in the country are always in Arabic. (if a Muslim goes to UK, will he offer prayers in English????????????!!!!!!!!!)

Neither. The Muslims I know in India speak Urdu and often not only say prayers, but speak with other Muslims in Urdu. Most Muslims speak Arabic when they are in the Gulf area.
